Cindy is a seasoned financial professional specializing in financial accounting, particularly for mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience conducting rigorous financial analysis and due diligence to support successful transactions. Prior to joining Virtus Partners, Cindy spent four years at PJT Partners, focusing on underwriting M&A transactions of all sizes and complexities.
In addition to her deep M&A accounting expertise, Cindy has a strong background in private credit. This experience gives her a unique perspective on deal structuring, risk assessment, and financial sustainability. Her comprehensive approach to analyzing both the equity and debt components of transactions ensures our clients receive thorough, accurate, and timely diligence, often at a significantly lower cost than traditional providers.
At Virtus, Cindy serves as our Director of Financial Accounting, leveraging her specialized skillset to deliver precise, efficient, and cost-effective Quality of Earnings reports. Her meticulous work enables clients to make informed, strategic decisions while minimizing unnecessary deal friction.
