Before joining Virtus Partners, she spent four years at PJT Partners, where she underwrote mergers and acquisitions of all sizes, conducting rigorous financial analysis and due diligence to support successful transactions.

In addition to her M&A experience, Cindy has a strong background in private credit, giving her a unique perspective on deal structuring, risk assessment, and financial sustainability. Her ability to analyze both equity and debt aspects of a transaction ensures our clients receive comprehensive, high-quality diligence—faster and at a lower cost than traditional providers.
