Shaan brings deep expertise in financial analysis, private equity, and investment banking to his role as a Quality of Earnings Underwriter at Virtus Partners. Before joining our team, he was an Investment Analyst for both Citadel Securities and Viking Global Investors, where he evaluated investment opportunities and conducted in-depth financial due diligence.
Prior to that, Shaan worked as a Private Equity Associate at The Carlyle Group, analyzing middle-market transactions and managing portfolio company performance. His experience in M&A began at PJT Partners, where he spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst, advising on complex transactions across multiple industries.
With a strong background in transaction diligence, financial modeling, and strategic analysis, Shaan ensures our clients receive fast, reliable, and cost-effective Quality of Earnings insights, without the traditional friction or excessive costs.
