Before joining our team, he was an Investment Analyst for both Citadel Securities and Viking Global Investors, where he evaluated investment opportunities and conducted in-depth financial due diligence.Prior to that, Shaan worked as a Private Equity Associate at The Carlyle Group, analyzing middle-market transactions and managing portfolio company performance. His experience in M&A began at PJT Partners, where he spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst, advising on complex transactions across multiple industries.With a strong background in transaction diligence, financial modeling, and strategic analysis, Shaan ensures our clients receive fast, reliable, and cost-effective Quality of Earnings insights—without the traditional friction or excessive costs.
